She was predeceased by : her parents, John William and Vera Minor Barr; her husband Carl E. Hoy; her brother Ralph Barr; and her grandson Ryan Armstrong.
She is survived by : her children, Johnny Brent Hoy (Cathy) of Virginia Beach, VA, Carla Jean Armstrong of Washington and Beth Ann Monsour (Joe) of Ambridge; her siblings, John W. Barr (Sharyn) of Ohio, Michael Barr of Washington and Bonnie Diamond of Washington; and her grandchildren, Tyler Hoy, Casey Pickett (Aaron), Carly Wise (Geoff), Shayne Mull (Nicole), Jamie Monsour and Rachel Fennell (Andrew). She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
