He is survived by: his sons, Hugh "Travis" Whitlock of Washington and Kevin Whitlock of Washington; and his siblings, Donald Jackson of Canton, OH, Charles Jackson of Newburgh, NY, Mattie Kidd of Hopewell, VA and Anna Hipps of Pittsburgh. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren.
