Lombardo Polites of Washington, PA.; his sister Olivia Marie Polites of Washington, PA; his grandparents, Georgia Polites of North Carolina, Michael Lombardo of Washington, PA and Beverly Pastorelli of Washington, PA; his aunts, Penny Polites (Jamie Perritt) and Teresa Stucke (Matt); his uncle Michael Lombardo; and his cousins, Lexi, Seth, Rio, Reeva, Roxy and Reno.
