In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Norma leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Norma may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Robert Welsh Sr. and Norma O'Brien; her children, James Chandler, Jr. of Washington, Teah Lacks of Washington and Shellisa Chandler of Washington; her sister Elizabeth Randolph of Denver, CO; and her grandchild Rain Jean Falcon. She was also cherished by fifteen grandchildren and five great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Piatt and Barnhill Funeral Home (420 Locust Ave, Washington, PA 15301).
