She was predeceased by: her parents, William Stephenson and Ellen Ammons Stephenson; and her husband Raymond M. "Hoke" Phillips. She is survived by: her children, Sandy K. Mendicino (Frank) of Washington and Randall L. Phillips (late Lisa) of Washington; her grandchildren, Nicholas Phillips (Tara), Nicole Grant (Steve), Michael Mendicino and Julie Mendicino; and her great grandchildren, Easton Phillips, Kaden Phillips and Eloise Grant.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 600 Waterfront Dr #210, Pittsburgh, PA 15222.
