She is survived by: her daughter Amy Sullivan of Washington; her brothers, Robert A. Macfarlane of Monongahela and James W. (Dawn Macfarlane) of Monongahela; her sister-in-law Terrie Macfarlane; her nieces, Lynn Macfarlane and Courtney Macfarlane; and her nephew Jordan Mitchell.
