She is survived by: her husband George Macik Jr.; her children, Ronda Lohr (Todd), Laudette Macik, Tina Nixon (Michael) and Georjean Arford; her brothers, Paul (Veronica) and Mike Sarsfield; and her pet Nugget. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
