He was predeceased by: his parents, William Stoddard and Marlene Arbuckle Oliver. He is survived by: his wife Linda Reihner Stoddard; his children, Justin P. Stoddard (Stephanie) of Washington and Jamie C. Pond (J. R.) of Washington; his siblings, William Stoddard (Mary) of Culpeper, VA and Joviann Mills of Culpeper, VA; his grandchildren, Merritt, Deacon Pond, Harper, Emma and Cole Stoddard; his mother-in-law June Reihner; and his brother Christopher Stoddard. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
