He was predeceased by: his parents, A. B. "Farmer" Miller and Pearl O. Riggans Miller. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Shelley; his daughter Karen Miller of Washington; his grandchildren, Harley D. Miller, Haley Rae Miller, Makayla Miller Ankrom (Michael) and John Michael Miller; his great grandchildren, Mila Ankrom and Cash D. Miller; his son-in-law John D. Miller; his son Michael D. Miller; and his sisters, Sharon Fender and Phyllis Mounts. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
