We are sad to announce that on December 4, 2025, at the age of 75, Phillip B. Weaver of Washington, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Phillip departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Phillip may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Phillip leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles L. Weaver and G. LaVelle Gardner Weaver; and his brother Charles L. Weaver Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Linda M. Hanna Weaver; and his nephews, Chad and John Weaver of St. Louis, MO..
A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 29th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Church of the Covenant (267 E Beau St, Washington, PA 15301).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made directly to the Church of the Covenant.
