He is survived by: his children, Raymond Yater, Shawn Post, Anthony Post, Aaron Cumer, Nathan Cumer and Melissa Zekir (Michael); his siblings, Richard "Bub" Post (Fay), David Post, Robert Post, James Post, Ronald Post, Joseph Willhoft III, Dolly Post, Donna Hardy, Lois Post, Eva Wolfe (Daniel) and Ida Willhoft (Richard); his grandchildren, Megan Yater Michael Zekir, Maleah Zekir, Maddox Zekir, Preston Post, Adalynn Post and Tatum Post; his great grandchild Stella Bird; and his uncles, Jim and Glenn Garber. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, friends and family.
