He was predeceased by: his parents, Donley H. Rumble and Margaret Dulany Miller Rumble; and his wife Margaret "Peggy" Chadwick. He is survived by: his son James Miller of Washington; his grandchildren, Matthew Miller (Jamie), Brandi White (Justin), Michael Miller (Alicia), Paul Jackson (Sarah) and Emily Miller; his great grandchildren, Ethan, Hayden, Teagan, Waylon, Wyatt, Lilliana and Finnegan; his son Dennis Miller; and his brothers, Robert and Lloyd Miller.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the Liberty United Methodist Church, 1330 Banetown Road, Washington, PA 15301.
