It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Kipp Bell of Washington, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 29, 2025, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the sacred silence of farewell, Richard is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. He was predeceased by: his parents, Kipp Henry and Mary Ellen Mathabel Bell. He is survived by: his children, Allison Bell of Venus, TX, Deanna Bell of Conroe, TX, Ryan Bell of Cypress, TX and Valerie Bell of Houston, TX; his grandchildren, Ayla Spears and Jackson Ryan; and his sisters, Kay Bell Sirianni of La Jolla, CA, Cherion Ann Furgiuele of Sparks, NV and Sandy Milsom of New Kensington. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephew.
