He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard C. Stephens and Lois Hastings Stephens Sr.; his wife Donna L. Spragg Stephens; and his daughter Karen. He is survived by: his son Scott (Kathy) of Washington; and his grandsons, Patrick of Honolulu, HI and Tony Kamenski of Monessen.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the Washington and Jefferson College Annual Fund.
