He was predeceased by: his parents, Barney M. Wise and Ruth Alice Bopp Wise. He is survived by: his girlfriend Sally McKahan of Washington; his stepchildren, Bobbi Jo Novak (Brian H.) of Washington and Rob McKahan of Washington; his brother John Wise, Sr. (Patty) of Claysville; his grandchildren, Brennan S. Novak (Myah), Baylie Novak, Robby McKahan and Ethan McKahan; his stepdaughter Rona; and his siblings, Joe Wise, Thelma Allum, Dorothy Milligan and Charles Wise. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
