He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis J. Dobbin Sr. and Stella "Betty" Pirt Dobbin. He is survived by: his stepsons, Joshua A. Smith (Deborah) and Michael W. Ashbaugh (Lisa); his daughter Christy Leasure (Rich); his brothers, Francis J. Dobbin Jr. (Cheryl) and Tom Dobbin (Betty); and his grandchildren, Corbin, Delynne, Bryanna, Brayden and Bradley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
