He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter E. Redd and Katherine Smith Redd. He is survived by: his sisters, Janice Briggs and Jean Anthony; his close friend John Kelsey; and his sisters, Emma Iverna Powell and Katherine Louise Brookman. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
