He is survived by: his brothers, Russell Crouse (Charlotte) of Claysville, PA and Robert Dale Crouse (Tonya) of Nashville, TN; his siblings' children, Sarah Crouse, Becky Wilson (Ryan), Valerie Voyles (John) and Jesse Crouse (Amber); and his sisters-in-law, Kimberly D. Crouse and Janice Errington.
