She is survived by: her children, Sandy Lee Phillips (Richard) and Michael Alan McCurry; her sister Betty Jean Davis; her grandchildren, Ashley Michelle Phillips and Kaitlin Alexandra Phillips; her great grandchildren, Natalie Ann Phillips and Chloe Ann Phillips; her grandson Paul David Phillips; and her siblings, Howard R. Pattison and Eleanor Merryman.
