She is survived by: her parents, Christopher Haines and Lisa Kouklakis Haines; her brother Brandon Haines of Claysville; her fiancé Andrew Moore of Washington; her grandmothers, Patricia Kouklakis and Carolyn Haines; her aunts, Maria Pfaff (David), Lisa Morella (Craig) and Alicia Ricketts (Anthony); her uncle Shawn Haines (Ranae); her great-aunt Elizabeth Kouklakis; and her great-uncles, Steve Kouklakis and Pete Kouklakis (Janet).
