She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Loughman and Florence Clutter Loughman; and her husband Jack Rutan. She is survived by: her children, Tammy Burgess (William) of Houston, Harry Hartzell of Butler, Roger Hartzell (Nikki) of Bethel Park and Charles Rutan; her siblings, Ronnie Loughman (Rose) of Prosperity and Shirley Miller of Prosperity; and her siblings-in-law, Barry Rutan and Linda Rutan of Washington. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
