She is survived by: her husband John William Pomykala; her children, John Pomykala (Beth), Kimberly Thompson and Tracie Kern (James); her sisters, Janet Pinkerton (Carl) and Kathy Setto (Richard); her grandchildren, Lindsay, Jordan, Hunter, Dylan and Peyton; and her great grandchild Cameron.
