He is survived by: his sons, Theodore Green Jr. and Jay Green; his grandchildren, Miranda Green, Serena Green, Brittany Green Cook (Chandler) and Jack Green; and his sisters, Mary Jane Freno (Frank) and Delores Green Griffin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
