He is survived by: his mother Virginia Cox; his siblings, Mary Cox, James Cox, Robert Cox, Christopher Cox, Harry Cox, George Cox, Wayne Cox, Richard Cox (Tammy) and Keith Cox; his nephew Robert Cox Jr.; and his nieces, Raelynn Cox, Paislee Cox, Zoe Cox, Erin Cox and Ariel Cox. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews and family.
