He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Raymond Phillips and Esther Rizor Phillips; his wife Stephanie L. "Stevie" Lacock; his sisters, Nardis Hardie of Washington and Gwen Hampe of Albuquerque, NM; his nieces and nephews, Brian Lacock, Richard Hardie, Lonnie Hampe, Jr., Renee Post and Holly Hall; his son Matthew Rizor; his sister Laverne Rizor; and his brothers-in-law, Richard Lacock, Richard Hardie and Lonnie Hampe.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Piatt-Barnhill Funeral Home (420 Locust Ave, Washington, PA 15301).
