Piatt; his aunts, Edna Wylie (Jim) and Eleanor Burt (Harold); his wife Jane Ann Gibson Dennis; his children, Robert Dennis (Christina) of Morgantown, WV and Carrie Fisher (Paul Henry) of Washington; his grandchildren, Luke Dennis-Fritz (Samantha Wolf) of Clinton, Akira Wheeler (Connor Shinn) of Beloit, OH and Ethan Dennis; his great grandchild Hudson Thomas Shinn; his cousin Kathy Capozzoli (Larry); his close friend Ralph Parise; and his pets, Scamper and Missy. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
