He is survived by: his children, Tom Carter (Glenna) of Houston, Diane Winkelman (Greg) of Washington, Scott Carter (Melissa) of Harrisburg and Julie Christensen (Chris) of Butler; his grandchildren, Joshua, Christopher, Erin, Hannah, Keith, Danielle, Eric, Madison, Savanah, Lauren, Matt, Emily and Amy; his great grandchildren, Bryson, Blaze, Brayden, Oliver and Mila; and his nieces, Teri, Christine and Amy.
