She was predeceased by: her mother Violet Thomas Polen; and her husband George Edward Crouse, Jr.. She is survived by: her sons, Barry L. Crouse (Janet) of Jefferson and Scott E. Crouse (Kandace) of Washington; and her grandchildren, Michelle Welsbacher (Ray), Melody Coleman (Steve), John Dawson (Janelle) and Christian Loughman (Heather). She is also survived by seven great grandchildren; and many great great grandchildren.
