He is survived by: his parents, Ronald Knotts and Carol Sharp; his wife Carla Johnston Knotts; and his siblings, Ron Knotts, Mark Knotts (Lori), LuAnn Craig (John Paul) and Melissa Burns (John). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
