He was predeceased by: his parents, Costanzia Scacciaferro and Giuseppe Vella; his spouse Marlyn J. Dillinger; and his siblings, Jenny Campagna (Pete), Sara Yeri (Alex), Mary Debsky (Al), Katie Dinnen (Bill), Joesephine Hall (Fred), Tony Vella (Lena), Joe Vella and Tommy Vella.
He is survived by: his children, Tina Faust (Terry), Vincent J. Vella (Marylee), Mark Vella (Michelle) and Chris Ward (Jim); his grandchildren, Dr. Kristin L. Faust, Jordan Faust (Gary Burk), Vincent T. Vella (Brittany), Julie Sanabria (Ryan), Jessica Fairweather (Brian), Kaitlin Pascoe, Nathan Ward and Mia Vella; his great grandchildren, Olivia Ward, Blair Vella and Braden Vella; his sister Jean Vella; and his sisters-in-law, Leila Dillinger and Judy Zapotosky. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd. (925 Allison Ave, Washington, PA 15301). A reception will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the same location.
