He was predeceased by: his parents, Austin Carpenter and Laura Stahl Carpenter. He is survived by: his children, Bill Carpenter (Heather) of Washington, Melissa Sasso (Edward) of Washington and Dana Leeper of Washington; his grandchildren, Kip, Damyan, Kaitlyn, Jordan, Samantha, Kody, Xander and Aubree; his great grandchildren, Kami, Bradley, Callie, Austin, Reaghen, Alaina, Kolton and Vincent; and his siblings, George Stahl, Raymond Carpenter, Howard Carpenter and Frances Morris. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
