He was predeceased by: his parents, James H. Erwin and Nellie Erwin (Napher); his wife Phyllis Erwin (Covert); and his son Jerry Erwin. He is survived by: his son James Erwin (Suzanne) of Bradford; his grandchildren, Crystal M. Lundy (Aaron) of Gainesville, NY and Daniel E. Erwin (Sarah) of Bradford; his great grandchildren, Mya Lundy, Maxwell Lundy, Jocelyn Erwin and Wyatt Erwin; and his sister Connie Henry of Bradford.
