He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Sheeder and Lilian Sheeder (Houck); and his daughter Jennifer Kania. He is survived by: his children, Sherrie Stains (Dale) of Three Springs, Heather Cornell (Michael) of Bedford, John Sheeder (Cathy) of Todd, Max Sheeder Jr. (Michele) of Three Springs and Bradley Sheeder (Jessica) of Mt. Union; and his sisters, Peggy Swope of Needmore and Dixie Plessinger of Needmore. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the New Grenada Church of God (275 Gracey Rd, Waterfall, PA 16689). A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
