He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur C. Dowling and Hermine Kneidinger Dowing; his mother-in-law Michelina Farina; and his sister Patricia Reynolds. He is survived by: his daughters, Lorie Brinker (Rick) and Tammy Kimmy (Greg); and his grandchildren, Rachel Kimmy, Lindsay Brinker and Megan Kimmy.
