He is survived by: his wife Tina Marie Blewett of Waterford; his stepchildren, Tyler Szklenski of Waterford, Kaitlyn Szklenski of Waterford and Ashley Nicholson (Bret) of Erie; his granddaughters, Gracie and Madelynn Kingsley; his godmother Terri Vollentine (Raymond) of Waterford; his brother-in-law Jason Flook (Tina) of Waterford; his nephew Damian Carlson of Meadville; and his pet Bella. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
