David Akam Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Akam of Waterford, Pennsylvania, born in Corry, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 11, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Vinton C. Akam and Margaret Almeda Crawe Akam; his son Mark David Akam; and his son-in-law James Engels. He is survived by : his children, Melony Engels and Tobiah Akam (Jodi); his grandsons, Jacob Engels (Malu) and Micah Engels (Barbara); his great grandchild Noam; and his siblings, Ronald Akam (Edna) and Judy Moody. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
