He is survived by: his wife Pat; his children, Roger Bliley (April) of Waterford, Denise Lee (Jack) of Erie, Garry Bliley (Annette) of North East, Belva Webster (Brian) of Waterford and Brenda Mook (Kevin) of Erie; his grandchildren, Matt Bliley, Brooke Bliley, Danielle Bliley, Allison Webster, Martin Webster, Kayla Bliley, Devin Bliley, Hailey Wicker, Ethan Wicker and Thomas Brooks; his great grandchild Trent Brooks; his siblings, Janet Williams (Richard) of Saegertown, Richard Bliley (Ginny) of Waterford and William Bliley (Becky) of Waterford; and his aunt Norma Gorniak of Erie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
