He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Slupski and Janet Balkovic Slupski; and his sister Susan. He is survived by: his daughters, Bethany E. Slupski and Brittany C. Gentile (Michael); his grandchildren, Rylan, Jace and Kenna; and his siblings, Christina Slupski (Jason Jones), Rick Slupski and Debbie Butcher (Jeff). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
