He is survived by: his wife Kathy Jones McCullough; his children, David McCullough and Kristi McCullough; his granddaughter Aubrie Lanagan; and his half-siblings, Dan Carson, Tom Carson, Bill Carson, Bill McCullough and Connie Daws. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and great- nieces and nephews.
