He was predeceased by: his wife Pam Waldinger Smiley; and his parents, Paul Nelson and Betty Jane Smiley (Mitchell). He is survived by: his children, Melanie Smiley (Christopher Tressler) and Steven Smiley; his grandsons, Nate Burrows (Harmony), Brandon Burrows and Thomas Tressler; and his friends, Bill and Kayla. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
As Bob did not have life insurance, the family kindly asks that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
