He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack L. Day and Bonnie J. Day (Derr). He is survived by: his close friend Judy Fry of Watsontown; his stepdaughter Ashley Self; his stepgrandchildren, Ray and Lane Self of Massillon, OH; and his siblings, David Day (Peggy Fornwalt) of Muncy, Tony Day (Lori) of White Deer, Kim Merritt (Willie) of Milton and Vickie Walker of Milton. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
