He was predeceased by: his parents, Dick A. Witmer and Helga "Candy" Witmer (Weisheit). He is survived by: his wife Patti S. Criswell; his children, Chet Witmer of Watsontown, Kyle Witmer (Chelsea) of Watsontown and Gina Fraley (Adam) of Muncy; his grandchildren, Dakota and Landree Fraley; and his brother Kevin Witmer (Julie) of Watsontown.
