He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Ritter and Martha Ritter (Mulligan); and his sister Debra Swisher. He is survived by: his spouse Beverly Higgins; his sons, Mark Ritter Jr. of Millville, Jason Ritter of Milton and Scott Ritter of Hughesville; his stepchildren, Matt Orner (Rosie) of Montoursville, Josh Orner (Kevin Bull) of Hughesville, Amanda Budman (Joel) of Hughesville, Christopher Orner (Whitney) of Jacksonville, NC, Thomas Orner (Chasety) of Williamsport, Eric Orner of Huntingdon and Kelly Sholder (Fred) of Williamsport; and his sister Michelle Mack of Florida.
