He was predeceased by: his parents, Max Kossar and Pearl Kossar; his son Max Kossar; and his siblings, Dolores Kossar and Andrew Kossar.
He is survived by: his wife Joanne Kossar; his daughter Maria Fisher; his grandson Michael Dennis Kossar, Jr.; his stepsons, Robert Vitko Jr. and Salvatore Vitko; his grandchildren, Dalton Fisher, Gianna Vitko, Ella Vitko and Jameson Vitko; his siblings, Irene Haywood and Joseph Kossar; and his pet Shadow.
