He was predeceased by: his parents, David E. Strous, Jr. and Kathryn L. Gerst (Straub); and his father-in-law Donald A. DePhillips (Kathryn L. "Kitty" Gerst). He is survived by: his wife Tonya L. DePhillips of Watsontown; his children, Heather Wetzel (Brad) of Mifflinburg, Jenna L. DePhillips (Tyler Germer) of Milton, Brandon A. Strous (McKenna Dauberman) of Watsontown and Sean M. Strous of Watsontown; his grandchildren, Bentley, Natalia and Grayson; his sister Rene Toro (Orlando) of Watsontown; his stepsister Sherry L. Asprey of Muncy; his mother-in-law Judy DePhillips (Dean Sanders); his brother-in-law Nicholas DePhillips (Stephanie Markley) of Northumberland; his aunts, Debra Strous of Monroe Twp, NJ and Lois Strous of McSherrystown; his sibling's children, Jason Kline (Kelly) of Horseheads, NY and Jessica Jacka (Zach) of Chesterfield, VA; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jaide, Bailey, Aubreigh, Paislie, Corri and Connor. He is also survived by his family, friends.
