It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Aikey Sr. of Watsontown, Pennsylvania, born in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 12, 2025, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Nevin D. Aikey Jr.; his former wives, Teresa M Blue (Chappell) and Patricia J. Long (VanKirk); and his granddaughter Patricia L. Aikey-Tyson. He is survived by: his mother Nancy J. Aikey (Mitch); his children, Dennis J. Aikey of Dallas, Richard L. Aikey, Jr. of Milton, Rebecca L. Aikey of Watsontown and Rachel L. Aikey-Tyson of Danville; and his siblings, Alice Murray, Bonnie Williams (Nelson) and Cliff Aikey of Milton. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Salvation Army (30 Center St, Milton, PA 17847).
