He was predeceased by : his parents, John Provini and Mary Palmitessa Provini. He is survived by : his children, Deana Sesso (Joseph), Dominic J. Provini Jr. (Chrissy) and Mario J. Provini (Michele Reitman); his grandchildren, Josephine Reitman, Olivia, Gabriella Sesso, Kayla and Dante Provini; and his sister Dolores Ketz (Ronald). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
