With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elaine Cooper of Waverly, Pennsylvania, born in Scranton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 16, 2024 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband John "Jack" Cooper; and her parents, Remo "Ray" Cenci and Susan Cardoni Cenci. She is survived by : her children, Jack Cooper, Waverly, Christian Cooper (Tony Garrett Clarks), Stacy Cooper (Travis Cobb), Jason (Wendy) and Scott Twp; her grandson Edward; her children, Will, James and Mia; and her brother Dominick Cenci. She is also survived by many relatives and friends.
