He was predeceased by : his parents, Gilbert Terwilliger and Agnes Swartwood Terwilliger; and his siblings, Lewis, Donald, Kenneth, Carl, Betty and Dorothy.
He is survived by : his wife Alice; and his children, Michael, Patrick, Angeline Piper (Greg) and Mary Nash (David).
On March 26, 2010 the Village of Waverly honored Jack with a Jack Terwilliger Day for all his contributions to sports.
