He was predeceased by: his parents, Burdette L. Passmore and Katherine Passmore (Kingsley); his daughter Lesa Passmore; his sister Linda Meyers; and his son-in-law Bill Hubert, Sr. (Leland "Peewee" Stringham).
He is survived by: his wife Fayne Passmore (Swartwood) of Waverly; his children, Burdette K. Passmore (Conny) of Troy, David A. Passmore (Doreen) of Fassett, Diane M. Hubert (Passmore) of Sayre, Annette L. Barnes (Randy) of Southport and Barbara J. Critcher (Passmore) of Wellsboro; and his close friend George Gutierrez. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
